Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase
Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation
When purchasing a course, training programme, lecture or camp, a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies in accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Concluded Off Premises. The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order confirmation.
Exercising your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of receiving the confirmation. If your right of withdrawal is validly exercised, we will refund the full amount paid.
Course start date within the cancellation period: If you book an activity that starts within 14 days of booking, you agree that the service will commence during the cancellation period. If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal after the course has started, we reserve the right to deduct a proportionate part of the fee corresponding to the course sessions that have already taken place.
Cancellation after the withdrawal period: Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, your booking is binding and the full fee must be paid.
