Payment information

Payment should be made to: bankgiro 157-1678, stating the invoice number when paying.
Payment for courses must always be made no later than 30 days before the start of the course. If you register for a course less than 30 days before the start of the course, the course fee must be paid within 5 days of registration. Please state your name and course as a reference when paying.

Distance agreement:
In the event of withdrawal of registration, Hundskolorna follow the terms and conditions of the Swedish Consumer Agency.

Registration:
Registration for courses/training/lectures/camps is binding. The right of withdrawal must be invoked in writing within 14 days of registration/payment. Registration therefore means that your right of withdrawal expires 14 days after you have received confirmation that you have been accepted onto the course/training programme/lecture/camp and that you agree to this condition.

Withdrawal of registration/cancellation of course/training/lecture:
You have the right to withdraw your registration by notifying us in writing no later than 14 days after you have received confirmation of your registration. You are then entitled to a full refund of the fee you have paid, except for a 30% registration and administration fee. This also applies if you or your dog become seriously ill and are unable to participate in the registered activity, upon presentation of a certificate. If you change your mind after these 14 days, you are obliged to pay the full fee for the course/training/lecture.

Why do I need training with my puppy?

Even though puppies are small and cute, it can be quite a challenge for both you and your new dog in the beginning. There will always be parts that are difficult. If you have the right knowledge from the start, things will be much easier, and you will be prepared for more difficult situations. In addition, a good foundation is laid for continued learning for both you and your dog, regardless of whether the dog is a companion or a training and competition partner.

When can you start training your puppy in puppy classes?

The answer is as soon as possible. We offer courses here from 12 weeks of age. By gradually progressing from step to step, your puppy will develop well. It will learn that you, as its owner, are the most fun thing in the world, how to interact with other dogs, not to bark, to be house-trained, to walk nicely on a leash, and to come when you call it. Our courses include a good mix of theory and practice.
