Nose Work Step 1, 4 August at 7:30 p.m.

In Nose Work Step 1, we teach our dogs to love searching for and finding eucalyptus hydrolate. We briefly go through the four different competition elements: indoor search, outdoor search, container search and vehicle search. We place great emphasis on enjoyment in the search, where rewards are a big part of the process. The aim of the course is for you and your dog to gain the knowledge you need to continue training on your own in order to pass a scent test, which is required to compete.

Nose work is for all dogs regardless of breed, size and functional level. Even insecure, reactive and older dogs are welcome. This course is ideal for those who want a good foundation for competing in nose work, but also for those who just want a fun and challenging activity for their dog.

The price includes a starter kit for nose work.
